Weeksort

The week, sorted before Monday

Weeksort is scheduling software for a workplace that builds its own week. Set your positions and your rules once, then build, check and publish a rota your staff can read on their phones.

It records who is scheduled to work. It is not a time clock, it does not calculate pay, and it is not anyone's statutory hours record.

Made for the person who builds the rota

One manager, a roster of people with different skills and different lives, and a week to fill. That is the whole problem Weeksort is shaped around.

  • A manager with a week to fill

Draw the shifts you actually need — to the minute, across midnight, several people on one slot — and see at a glance which of them nobody is covering yet.

  • Staff who have a say

Everyone signs in, marks the slots they want and the ones they cannot take, and files time off. You decide; they stop texting you about it.

  • A workplace with real rules

Maximum hours a week, rest between shifts, consecutive days, who is qualified for what. Weeksort warns you before you publish, and never overrules you.

How it works

  1. Set it up once

Positions, the qualifications each one needs, and your hour limits. Add your people, or send them an invitation and let them claim their own account.

  2. Build the week

Start from a template or last week, fill the slots by hand, or ask Weeksort for a proposal and change whatever you disagree with.

  3. Publish it

Everyone sees their own shifts. Change something later and only the people affected are told what moved.

What it costs

From $15.00 a month for the whole workplace, up to 100 active employees.

Tax included, in every country: the price you see is the price you pay.

Asked often

Do my staff need accounts?
Yes, one each. You can invite them by email or hand out a join code and a printed poster with a QR code on it.
Does it decide the schedule for me?
Only if you ask it to, and it proposes rather than decides: you see who it would put where and why before anything is saved.
Where is our data kept?
On servers in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. Schedules and reports export to a spreadsheet whenever you want them, and deleting a workplace's records is a written request from a manager.
